  We had our home built in La Paloma and while it took awhile due to Covid and the shortage of supplies due to the Pandemic I think the William Ryan Homes Team did an excellent Job. Debra our sales rep was always keeping us informed and would even answer my text when she was off and not working. Jered the Contractor has also went above and beyond with helping as questions arose and things needed to be done. There were a few things that were not completed prior to the closing but again Jered has been in touch and continually works with me to coordinate the different specialties needed to complete the task at hand. If I were to sale my home and move, I would definitely use William Ryan Homes again, if they were building in the neighborhood I would be moving into.

  I hate to leave bad reviews, but I’m frustrated. We built our WRH last year, closing in August 2021. Construction timelines were a nightmare, and there were several things missing from our home upon closing. However, we gave a lot of grace because of COVID, supply chain issues and staff shortages. A LOT of grace. But one area that just cannot be ignored is the range hood and duct over in our kitchen. We decided to upgrade our kitchen to the “gourmet” plan that WRH offered. Along with this upgrade, we chose a stainless steel range hood to complete the look. We spent several thousands of dollars for this upgrade and this range hood. We then operated with an exposed range hood duct for SIX MONTHS after moving in because WRH did not have all the necessary parts to complete our install. The wrong part was ordered/sent at least four separate times. Finally, we get the duct cover installed yesterday and this was the final product. An I’ll fitting, poorly put together embarrassment of a duct cover to go in our “gourmet” kitchen. I am floored by how sloppy this looks and was told that because of my ceiling height this was the best that could be done, as if they didn’t have the exact measurements of my ceiling ahead of time to know whether this option would fit in my kitchen. Why offer something to a customer as an option if you’re not certain you can execute and deliver?! Bottom line is this, with the amount of issues we have had with several of our selections coming out subpar (don’t get me started on the master shower tile work) your best bet if you build with them would be to forgo their upgrades and have a contractor do them later for cheaper and hopefully better quality.

  I purchased the model home and completed a walk through with no documentation. After I moved in nothing was completed that was discussed. Some of the items were completed after many requests and follow-up but many things were not. I received the response "you purchased the home as is." I understand that but the items during the walk through were already agreed upon corrections. I paid full asking price and I feel like I was taken advantage of.
