      I had a wonderful experience with Rich's Pawn store in North Plainfield NJ. I move out of state and had jewelry loan with them for past months. Due to COVID pandemic , I need sometime to pay back my loan amount to them. In all this situation Michelle help me out by extending my due date so that I can pay back my loan. Michelle make sure my stuff is packed securely since it has to be shipped out of state. She followed up by phone called and text messages. Michelle shows pure professionalism in dealing with her customers.

      I had a great experience dealing with Michelle I was skeptical in the beginning do do some reviews and listening to other people and I sat in the car several minutes wondering if I should go inside, when I decided to go inside Michelle got up from her chair which is behind the window and greeted me with a smile and from there I expressed to her why I was hesitant and we talked and we laughed and I experienced nothing but professionalism I’m so glad that I went inside and I got top dollar for my ring I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a pawnshop. Oh let me add I did not experience any prejudice at all as some of you stated Michelle was the best.
