  Honestly the kindest debt collectors you'll ever deal with. They genuinely want to work with you here, and will do everything they can from their side to help. Obviously nobody enjoys getting a call from debt collectors. But being treated like a human being instead of acting like debt is a massive moral failure makes a huge difference.

  So, I had a guy continuously call me, I answered once.. while I was trying to get a few groceries. He was beyond pushy, he was downright rude and didn't seem to comprehend what I was telling him...That I'd make a payment or payment plan as soon as I was able to, and he insisted we could set one up right then (I couldn't have). Then he said that he needed to inform the school that I'd be making a payment and I said that I could even do that when I was able because I had planned on going back anyway. I eventually just hung up because he continued to get more pushy and rude, and I wasn't going to give any personal info over the phone. Pretty sure his name was Aiden or Hayden. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I've never once gotten correspondence through the mail from them.

  They leave voicemails without stating why they’re calling or who they are trying to reach. They come at you very aggressively on the phone and when I try to explain the situation that I’m in with the school they demand payments I didn’t even know about. Overall very rude, demanding, and aggressive people.
