      We built a new home with Williamsburg 23 years ago. While the materials that are apparent to a buyer appear high quality, be forewarned that the sub-contractors who Williamsburg utilizes are sub-par. In the past 12 months we have had electrical wiring problems emerge in two separate locations of the house which have necessitated expensive repairs and plumbing problems (water leaks plus mold) that have emerged in two separate locations which have necessitated mold and water damage mitigation plus restoration repairs. I expected more of a builder that portrays itself as "top-shelf"!

      (Creekside & Osprey Landing, Glen Burnie,MD) I wish there was a ZERO option. This place is a DUMP. Builder's Subs have no proper supervision. From my office window I see them 'fixing' up a sold home that was not built correctly. They speed, use airbrakes, throw their personal trash in your yard. These two communities are going to have major fiscal issues down the road. DO NOT BUY HERE. Owner & Resident. UPDATE: March 22, 2018 Poorly designed subdivision that has created a raceway for this traversing our neighborhood. Wmsburg is clueless in my opinion.
