      I had quite a different experience than one of the previous reviewers. The mortgage rate and associated costs were the lowest I found (I bought my house a year ago, July 2020). The customer service was outstanding (my loan officer was Mark DiMarzio). I had no problem setting up automated payments through my bank. I was so impressed I encouraged my son to refinance with Williamsville. He did and was very satisfied also.

      This was the worst customer service and borderline sketchy practices I have ever experienced I was not offered to take a new home buyers course until after I had already been living in my home for a week I was directly lied to about paperwork that I Requested Have been living in the house for an almost a year now have not been reached out to once to make sure everything is going well they offer no help with online payments and have no option for mobile payments leaving you either a writing and mailing a check in or b going in in person to pay it Save yourself the time go with the different bank I'll be refinancing soon with somebody else as well
