#1 They are not open on Saturdays. I have had issues on several different occasions where the online and app system for transfer of fees is down on friday evenings and then they are closed on Saturdays. They should at least think about being open every other Saturday. #2, their app is down or experiences errors (in my opinion) entirely too often.

Everybody here is nice and helpful, but it seems like their actual banking infrastructure and operations are behind on the times. The app is very ornery and logging in is like an obstacle course. The phones are frequently down or so it seems (calling usually guarantees a busy signal), and they open later than most banks do. Not open on Saturday either. When I had to cancel my debit card, I found out that they apparently don’t even issue temporary ATM cards. So the only option was to go in person and withdraw money, if someone was even working the window and wasn’t at lunch to begin with. It has a lot of potential given how friendly most of their employees are, but it needs to catch up with the times. Their actual systems used during transactions seems to crash frequently too. It is fairly embarrassing to have funds available and try to make a purchase, only to swipe or insert your card and have it be declined, then to call (if you can get through) and be told “our systems are down”. The employees get five stars, but the institution itself gets two.
