  This is Vicky Avakian leaving this review on my husband’s account. We moved here over a year and a half ago from PA and researched banks. I’m so happy we chose not only this Bank, but this Branch in Mount Juliet. We went to another branch close by once for a Will signing in Hermitage and they were great too. My parents set up their checking and investments with them as well. We’re so happy we chose them. We have always found their staff from day one to be very thorough and efficient. They’ve been so kind as well and a pleasure to deal with. I wanted to leave this review today to say thanks so much to them! Sadly, my father passed away in Sept. We’ve had some set backs and complications processing some investments that at times can be very stressful. This was on our part trying to get proper verification from Govt agencies. Anyway, today we had something come up and one of their employees Sarah was just awesome!! She was patient, kind and very helpful to help us resolve something for my mother. Often times with dealing with businesses you can either get someone like Sarah that comes from a place of “yes” or God help you if you get the other kind that treats you like this is your problem. Trust me, I’ve had plenty of that and I’m so appreciative when you get Sarah’s helpful attitude. It was clear to me how much pride and hard work she puts into her position and career. I’ve seen this with every person we’ve dealt with and my parents have as well. I would highly recommended this bank due to our interactions with them. Thanks to the entire team at Wilson Bank and trust!

  This has to be the slows bank I waited for 25 in the drive thur yesterday with 1 car that was there over 15 minutes the lady in the window was slow and kept telling that she couldn't find my account and I have 2 accounts finally she found it and did my deposit didn't put the balance on the receipt. If you want in and.out before 25 minutes use a different branch sad sad.Was very upset that I had to wait this long and then go thru her saying this.

  My family has banked with them for almost 15 years. I've use wilson bank for over a decade. I disputed 2 unauthorized charges and the bankers I worked with did not file the dispute and customer service basically said it could have been a mistake once but couldn't happen twice. I'd be happy to go over the cameras with them but I highly doubt they'll admit to their mistake after this much fighting. Goodbye wilson bank you won't be missed.
