  This is the third money order payment that has come up missing. I'm not sure if they're being pocketed (they were each $75+) or if they aren't being entered and I'm being scammed by the company. I am getting harrassing phone calls starting at 7 am and not stopping. I have 102 voicemails from 4 different numbers claiming to be people from Winco, so I'm assuming personal phones are being used as an attempt to further harrass me. I'm currently driving from Dallas to go into the office to ensure that my money won't come up missing again and that my payment will actually make it. You are better off selling your kidney if you need quick cash. It would be far less frustrating and time consuming. I'm 100% done with this place, with the manager, and with my money orders being taken. Here's to hoping the manager doesn't call me stupid again when I get there .

  First, I do not understand why they are not equipped to take payment by phone/card. Second, I do not understand why the mother company hasn't taken disciplinary actions towards the hostility and management calling customers stupid. I sent a money order in and it was sent back to me .The reaction I received? "Well we have 800 accounts and 650 pay by mail. I don't know why YOU are having so many problems." The whole thing could have been avoided if they'd take payment by phone. If the mother company sees this, please contact me.
