      I currently have a loan that they service. I received loan in 2018 and had no problems until recently. As per terms of the loan, I have to have automatic withdrawals which I have had no problem doing. Their system didn’t pull one month and then they sent me an email saying my loan is in default, when their system just didn’t pull the money. When I reminded them, they have authorization to pull money, the proceeded to pull 1500 more than what I told them they were authorized to do. (And I authorize more than monthly balance) Fast forward to this month, and once again, they haven’t pulled this month’s money nor have sent me any tax documentation so I can complete my business taxes for 2020. I have called three times and left voicemails, with no call backs. I have emailed every contact I have had with the company multiple times and no emails back. Avoid this company at all costs. They don’t care about customer service or their customers.
