  This the worst Windsor Fed around. So slow, their ATM is always broken & steals your card or it's just not even available..just throw this branch away

  My daughter went to Windsor Federal Bank In Windsor on Broad St to cash a personal check that was written to her. One of there own checks mind you with proper I.d. My daughter was told she has to have a account there in order to cash the check hemmm!!! Interesting someone writes you a personal check from there own bank Windsor Federal you have proper I.d to cash the check but told you have to have a account with the bank in order to cash the check Hemmm!!! When confronted first the teller didn’t really know what to say then called anther employee over who stated I quote it must have happened at another Windsor Branch “WOW”!!! but we would have cashed the check here but not knowing the first teller stated we were probably needed to check her profile. Really you think “As We All Know”!!! She was being” Profiled Yeah”!!! Needless caught off guard they both knew that Broad St is where my daughter came to cash the check especially when I went there 20 minutes after she left. Hopefully this doesn’t happen again at this branch to anyone else “Hopefully”!!!!!
