  Horrible business here very rude try give out prices that are insulting it’s very unwelcome feeling it saying workers they are out reach you have wait until get off the phone for about 10 mins and they are gossiping they try play people with prices horrible horrible customer services they don’t know how properly exchange with people

  Bogus place! Stay clear! I buy tons of silver here that’s already over priced but it is what it is. I go in with a tv the guy offers me a low ball offer of 300 but whatever, I take it. He rings me up for my silver, takes my money then comes back and goes back in his word about the tv. So I returned my silver. I buy here weekly but never again now!!!

  After watching the video and audio of you transaction in our store, I can only say I am sorry that your experience here was less than you expected. Having said that, I need to clarify a couple of things… The TV that you originally requested a $1000 loan on, was made in April of 2011- an 11-YEAR-OLD 60” LCD television with NO REMOTE, NO LEG STANDS, and it was a NON-SMART TV. The used retail value of this old LCD television is $199. Obviously, we cannot loan you what was a negotiated value of $300 on a $200 TV. The employee tried to explain this to you, as did the manager, and you decided to get aggravated, and not do the transaction of selling your 11-year-old TV. YOU also decided to not buy the 2 silver 1-ounce coins for a price of $24.95 each, which you have always claim that you resell our coins to make money, which had nothing to do with the TV. It is interesting to me that you claim that our prices are too high, but you have never had a problem continually buying from us when there are other more expensive options out here. (WE SELL OUR SILVER BASED ON THE CURRENT SPOT PRICE, JUST OVER SCRAP!) You have even called us and asked for help in trying to resell the coins to someone else and we assisted you over the phone. Again, trying to have great customer service! Again, our only concern is for exceptional customer service, every time, with every customer, which we tried to provide you.
