      At any given time I go into wings financial at maple Grove branch ,I hardly spend time there because of the prompt and fast customer relationship status and services they render to all customers at the same time ,so far so good I recommend wings to everyone who wants to open an account šŸ˜€keep it up guys

      This is review is for the Wings Fraud Department. Their very unprofessional do not return phone calls, they take money out of your account without even sending DOCUMENTATION as to why their taking that amount. I have called over 4 times left voicemails & still no response. I regret ever banking with this Credit Union & I have since move All my funds out of this credit union & over too Associated Health Credit Union, my new credit union has better rates on home & car loans & customer service has been wonderful. Wings changed their name years ago but I feel the service went downhill with the name change. Iā€™m waiting for a return phone call back from their fraud department just left a messsge today 7/20/22 at 10:00am hopefully someone returns my call

      Their website is horrible. I have trouble logging in every single time. very out dated site. Also when you try and call a certain branch, you're actually calling a single customer support number. I wait on hold every time I call for at least 5 min and I can't even talk to someone ay my local branch.
