      Opened up a checking and savings account with Emily today. What a great experience! She was very professional and went out of her way in helping set up the app with me. She is a big asset to this branch and I was very comfortable working with her today. Customer service is what it is all about. I’m thinking I will be very happy with Wings.

      If I could give a negative star rating I would.....I have an auto loan through this company and can never get numbers straight. One month I owe $750 next month towe company is knocking for repossession because I owe $2,100.

      This is the worst experience I’ve had with customer service, bill paying accessibility, and more. It’s literally impossible to make a payment. There is next to no help. It’s impossible to get ahold of anyone. The hoops needing to be jumped through just to do something simple is beyond me. I will never bank with them again.
