Telephone line hangs up after I wait on hold every time. They also updated mobile deposits so that it gets held for 3 days without warning me of a limit (the amount was not a lot). Completely messed my week up! What a joke!

Left me stranded while traveling. They shut off my card for fraud protection while I was traveling over the weekend, nobody answered the phone all weekend, currently on hold for 20+ minutes in a Monday . Sent emails that have not been responded to. This is after confirming transactions were mine. Do not bank with them, they do not have the staff to service their current customers. You will not be able to access your money when you need it most.
