      Even though I'm an APCU member I have been using this credit union for about six months since there isn't an APCU branch in Pell City. Not once have I wanted in line inside or out! Not once! The tellers are all very friendly and know me when they see me (but they still ask for my I'd for my own protection). I encourage anyone who is a credit union member that's a partner with Landmark to use this branch.

      Would give zero stars if I could. Inside is closed of course due to the virus so we went through the drive through. Shared branch lane light was off so we went into the first lane and she said they couldn’t do anything with a shared branch from the first lane. So my friend got out and walked around to the second lane. The woman was so so rude because my friend told her the light was off. Saying, “This is to help you, we don’t have to do this at all. We don’t even have to do this.” Way to go Landmark!!! You have the worst professionalism of any banking place I’ve ever seen.”
