I have been with this bank for years. When I first moved to North Reading over 50 years ago went with Bank of America, hated this bank. Winter Hill has always been helpful whenever I needed them. Tellers are the best. They know who I am and have always been very personable. Always ask about my granddaughter who they watched grow from an infant to a teenager. It’s not easy dealing with the public as some people can never be pleased.

I have been with the North Reading branch since 1983. Everyone that works there goes out of their way to assist. The staff is well managed. Best bank I have ever dealt with!
