I just stopped into your Menasha store and Ashley was AMAZING! It was great not seeing Cheryl, who had on paperwork that I am on social security AND retired! Never have I been retired nor on social security….I have always worked. So, walking in today to learn this was a big surprise and made me think, Cheryl had no clue how to do her job CORRECT. Ashley deserves a big raise! She is very outgoing and professional!

They took my vehicle during the pandemic. I tried to reach the store manager multiple times but it seemed to be a joke for the people who worked there. They would say “our VP is on flight right now, I’ll get back to you” and literally make up numbers on much I owed or what the payoff was. They had a company literally watch me and took my vehicle one morning right before work. They wanted 1000 dollars on a 500 dollar loan to restart the loan. Stay far away from this place. They shouldn’t be allowed to operate.
