  Wisconsin Mortgage has shown no transparency and has been disorganized throughout this entire process. They wasted months of time that could have been used to handle issues. Save yourself the time, money, work, and stress - by not dealing with this absolute sham of a mortgage broker. We have missed two closing dates over nearly two months since the seller accepted my offer on April 20th. I am now on the verge of having my family, including children and pets and I - becoming homeless July 1st. Kelly Orlando as well as her boss Pat Gosa both came up with excuses and diversions every step of the way. They have not acted with accountability and have not taken responsibility for their role in this absolute catastrophe. A few examples follow. Kelly emailed at 8:30pm - 2 business days before the second closing date to finally notify me for the first time that I needed a well and water test. On the afternoon of the second closing, after already missing it - Pat told me on the phone that we just need the septic test to be able to close. The well needs to be brought above ground, and the contractor is booked out a few months, which was communicated a week or more ago. Last night (June 9th) Kelly said we can just do a repair escrow account and close. This morning she texted at 7:40am to say the escrow isn't an option because it will take too long. I called Pat to ask how long we would have for an escrow, to which he avoided and then came up with 2 more requirements that were never mentioned before - for a shared well and a shared driveway agreement.

  Very very unprofessional service. Had me thinking after 3 weeks of getting an accepted offer and even a mortgage approval that every thing was good. 3 days before closing and all of a sudden one of my proof of income documents wasn't good enough and they screwed up my whole chance at the home and even blamed me for the problem when it was their negligence all along. Such a shame.
