  I recently refinanced my home with Wiser Lending and I can't recommend them enough. they got the most competitive rates I was able to find by a wide margin but that's not even the main reason I recommend them so highly. They gave me extremely close attention --such as keeping me on their "watch list" for competitive rates, were extremely fast and efficient every step of the way, and super responsive to my dumb questions (without judgment!). I will definitely work with Wiser Lending on future refinances and have already recommended them to my closest friends.

  So, let me just start off saying this is the BEST company to work with regarding loan approval. You need to have all your ducks in a row before you can try and point fingers at this group since approving a loan primarily depends on the applicant and how they are set up personally. Last year I went through 3 lenders to be told they couldn’t help me in receiving an approval to purchase, but this year I was approved in less than 12 hours!!!! My financial situation did not change and I have always had excellent credit, so I have no clue what the other lenders were doing last year except for wasting my time. I will always go with Derek at wiser lending as he changed my life by allowing me to receive an approval that was provided this summer. I am now moved into my home since the process of approval, selling and buying went so smooth between May-July!!! Working with a personal lender is the way to go, don’t waste your time on other places, just reach out and speak to Derek for your next home purchase at a competitive rate!!! Thank you again for everything Derek!!!!
