Wanted to commend the Witmer team on 'all' of the hard work they do in keeping the tax filing season to a min. process and as stress free as possible for their clients. Wish I could give zero stars. Filed my taxes last year with them. Stated that I wanted to receive Direct Deposit instead of check. Gave my banking info. Filed the paperwork. Went to pick up taxes two weeks later and ... you guessed it ... its a check. Said they had all my info on file but did not submit it with my taxes. Then why take my info at all?? Then BOOM. Covid-19 hits. Waited weeks for my Stimulus Checks. WEEKS. All bc they didn't hit a button. This is why you don't eat pizza on your lunch break in front of clients. YOU FORGET THINGS. Thanks for the huge inconvenience. Still get mail from them to come back. You can already guess I won't be. Phew, that's all have a blessed day! :)

Roxanne does an incredible job with our annual taxes. My husband works from home which complicates our return and every year when we bring in our information she performs some calculations and gives us an estimate of what we will owe or what we will get back...and she is always correct. This makes tax time much less stressful as we have a good idea of what to expect even before we pick up our completed taxes. We are very pleased with Witmer Tax.
