      Bill and his staff were extremely responsive and supportive when we needed an estate plan fairly quickly due to a serious illness. He was very knowledgable and took the time to help us, even though he had family visiting. Would highly recommend Bill and his firm!

      Bill was incredibly rude. I showed up for my appointment to start as a new client ontime. Bill greater me into his office then asked me what I do in agricultural processing. I replied that I work with both cannabis and hemp. I was then assured out the door with no explanation other then we don't work those industries. This took all of about 30 seconds. I've never been treated with this kind of disrespect form a buisness. I pay taxes and I need help with that, I am no criminal. These guys should take some more time to dismiss people with more care and respect if they want to do buinsess in oregon.

      Gavin. I apologize if you thought I was being rude. I was merely being respectful to your time and avoiding a longer conversation. As a practice, we don't provide services to hemp and cannabis companies. Our error was that as part of the scheduling, we did not ask whether your agricultural business dealt with this industry. Had this occurred then no meeting would have been scheduled. For that I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience for setting up such an appointment. Best of luck with your future efforts.
