      I had a misunderstanding with the branch manager over the phone. Now there is some sort of discrepancy against my online account and I can't access it. Corporate refuses to tell me what the supposed discrepancy is. I can't stand industries that feel that they need to screw over their customers. I will never go back to this branch as long as that manager still has her job there. I owe no money and my account is in good standings. This whole corporation is full of it. They are very unprofessional and it's just all around joke of a company.
