      After years of dealing with Woodforest, I switched to another local bank (HB). HUGE mistake. The customer service was absolutely terrible. I am in the process of returning to Woodforest where customer service is always impeccable. Thanks to Pat and staff. LOVE THIS BRANCH, BUT THEY <NEVER> THE PHONE. ALWAYS STRAIGHT TO VOICE MAIL....
