  Woodforest is the best bank that I've ever done business with. Excellent hours.The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend woodforest to anyone.

  The Greensboro & Winston Salem branches are great!!! This one needs to be closed down!!! My account was overdrafted $464 because a teller cashed someone else's check on my account & the Greensboro branch tried to contact them for hours so that they could rectify their mistake but this branch never answered the phone. Still waiting on the two $32 overdraft fees to be reimbursed.

  I am very dissatisfied with the way woodforest national bank in newbern North Carolina has taken my money from my account unjustly!! September 28th is when $108.16 was taken from my account by WOODFOREST NATIONAL BANK!!! I made a transfer of funds from cash app. There was an error in the amounts WOODFOREST NATIONAL BANK should simply had done a reversal of funds which I never received one cent!! Yet WOODFOREST NATIONAL BANK of New bern north Carolina improperly handled the transaction and overdrafted my account! I went through proper channels to dispute this matter! Several days after WOODFOREST NATIONAL BANK sends me a letter stating that if the vendor referring to cash app did not respond that WOODFOREST NATIONAL BANK would credit my account for the amount of $108.16 which WOODFOREST NATIONAL BANK unjustly took out of my bank account! WOODFOREST NATIONAL BANK lied! The denied my dispute unjustly so, failing to return my money. Over 3 years of being their customer this is the poor customer service I received from WOODFOREST NATIONAL BANK and injustice!!
