      Very pleased with this bank. Woodforest helped me with a car loan. They inspected the vehicle before I took delivery to protect their interests. It goes a long way if you can buy one in great shape below what a car dealer or book value shows.

      Super slow, like they training new people everyday. Then the huge manager has the nerve to complain about people wanting basic services like looking up charges that came from no where.....back to USAA I go.
