      I have been with this bank for many years. They are very helpful. But.. does anyone answer the phone? They charged me for charges.. I need someone to explain them. But I called 7 times for a 2 hour period.. and none is answering. They opened at 10 am.. it is now going on 12:30 am. Grrr
