      This bank is terrible. I got paperwork stating I could touch my own money after 7 business days which is ridiculous in the first place but whatever. So I waited the 7 business days. I also received a paper stating I’d be able to utilize my money on Jan 26th only to be told that they have to do further research and that it’ll be available the next day!!!!!! If you don’t want someone trying to hold your money from you and then act all nasty and ignorant on the phone then I wouldnt use this bank. I have a one year old that I needed to get formula for and because of the laziness and unprofessionalism of this bank and it’s employees I’m gonna have to Improvise to feed my daughter because you wanna keep my money from me. Doesn’t make any sense.

      Tried calling for 2 days. Been on hold for hours. Still never got to talk to anyone. Service sucks. Think I'll change banks
