Horrible. Went to make a withdrawal and they had a sign up saying they are short staffed an were suppose to open at 10. Well now I can't get any money because none of the staff showed up.

I thought this would be a good first bank , considering I am new to the adult life. But I have had nothing but trouble with this bank. When I first started noticing them taking money out of my card, I thought it was my fault. It was a “return mail fee” for $10. Well obviously I wanted to figure out what that was about. And I did. I gave them my address (the one they already had, this is the second time I gave them my address” and i am still having this return mail fee problem . Whatever no biggie, it’s 10 dollars. Well, they started doing this “return mail fee” every other day! They have taken more than 100 out of my bank just for that. And if you’re lookin to pay your phone bill, use cash. My phone bill was $183 , and I have proof that it was paid off. Woodforest took back my money, and now I have no clue where it went. I don’t know where all my money went and I still don’t know why i am getting these fees. I talked to my carrier company, and they told me Woodforest took back my money! So, after everything that I have done, I called them. They tell me that they never did this, it’s all MY fault, and now I have -67 dollars AND COUNTING in my account . Why? I could not tell you. They stole more than $340 out of my account and will not tell me what the did with it, where it went, nothing. They took advantage of me because I was uneducated and young and dumb. I obviously know now they prey on teenagers! I will be closing my account and I will never go back! I DO NOT RECOMMEND! They are a joke.
