      I needed to have my signature certified on a form. I went to Argent Credit Union where I have had an account since 1973. They said they couldn't do it unless it involved a movement of money. I took a chance and went to Woodforest. I do not have an account there, but the Branch Manager and her Assistant couldn't have been more helpful. They took care of my need while my bank of nearly 50 years told me they couldn't help me.

      The past few times I've been to this location, I haven't had good experiences at all. Either their systems are down or somebody doesn't know what they're doing. I made a recent deposit and I left the bank with a deposit slip but my funds weren't put into my account. I had to drive all the way back to bank to find out what was going on, because no one was answering the phone. I was so irritated. Eventually my funds were deposited, but why put someone through all of that. Proper training needs to be provided, because that is unacceptable.
