  I just moved my accounts over to Woodforest and I can say that so far the experience has been fantastic. The employees at this location are very friendly. Also the app for your Android phone does a great job doing mobile deposits and other things that you can use to check your accounts.

  Drive thru service in the morning is GREAT! Afternoon drive thru employees are to occupied having a conversation with each other nor can ask you how may they help you. You as the employee working there should be servicing the customer not the customer servicing the employee. Drive thru department needs management help. I wasn’t Greeted hello when I got there nor was I greeted goodbye

  We have used Woodforest for probably about 15 years. Over the past year or so, this bank has gone down hill quickly... at multiple locations. Poor customer service, rude, and when they made a huge error on my accounts, the manager at the Louetta location wouldn't even come out of his office or return my calls. At the larger Tomball location, across from Lowe's I've made several deposits using the drive thru. The tellers didn't greet or thank me any of those times... not a peep. They just return the deposit receipt and that's how I know my transaction is complete. The pandemic has affected all of us in one way or another but poor customer service is not acceptable especially when there are too many other options out there to do business elsewhere. I am now primarily banking with Chase and the level of attention and customer service is what Woodforest used to be... possibly even better.
