      Very rude and lack of communication with staff. I was looking for assistance as to a personal loan. I completed an online application. I received no phone call as to what the status was or what information was missing. I called to double check the status and the lady answering the phone was very rude. I was transferred to a Jen in which she shared with me that I was missing information (pay stubs). I emailed my information with no response back. I emailed a few days later and asked what my status was after sending pay stubs in. I was still missing information- what I was using for collateral. This was NOT communicated in the first place when Jen asked for pay stubs. Very unsatisfied with this bank!
