      So happy with my experience here! I bought my violin on Christmas Eve and I'm so happy with my purchase. Megan helped me; she was so thoughtful, graceful, and gentle with my violin. She took extra care of the instrument as she was handling it. She was really friendly and professional. The pricing was really fair and the staff was friendly throughout the whole process. The very next business day, I came back in because I couldn't figure out how to tighten my strings (it has been a while since I've played, lol) and a woman (I wish I got her name) helped me so quickly. She knew my instrument so well and helped me understand the process even better. She explained how to fix it in the future. She was super kind and helped me fix my violin in about two seconds. Overall, very happy! I will definitely return if I need repairs in the future, or if I need to look for violin accessories. They seemed to have a lot of inventory. :)

      If I could rate a zero I would. The gemologist there is rude as hell. I will be doing my business elsewhere. She isn't pleasant at all.

      Was highly recommended by a jewelry store in Carteret County as "the place to get top dollar for diamond rings". So my husband and I drove all the way there to be "greeted" with noses stuck in the air. Clerk took it to another "uppity" and came back out to say they didn't want to by the stone but could do $50 for the gold...yes it is 20 years old BUT a almost 1 carat REAL DIAMOND in 14k gold...WOW, what a waste

      We very politely declined to purchase the stone but offered to purchase the mounting if the customer was interested. My staff attendant is very polite and she was the only one I spoke to the customer
