They need to update their website and facebook. Wasted my time and gas to drive here to pawn a cellphone for a loan, only to be told that she doesn't take cell phones. Don't make my mistake, call before you go here. :(

The lady who runs the place is sexist. On more than one occasion I got no offer or a bad offer from her, then sent in a women with the same item and got a fair (not good) offer. We're talking gold and pro grade tools. The guy who works there has been in the pawn biz quite a while and still has not learned customer service. Go to Island lake jewelry and pawn instead if you can.
