They have unprofessional security practices. I was the victim of fraud, which showed their poor security practices. I wouldn't keep my money here. After the fraud, they made getting help a nightmare.

Great customer service. Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet and calm environment. I'm only deducting 2 stars though because I never had a bank deny me a checking account because of a $7 mark on my chexsystems report from 4 years ago (a bank account that was opened fraudulently in my name because my identity was stolen). I have pretty good banking history. And instead of giving me the checking account (it's 7 bucks) they only allowed me a savings account. Which was cool I guess. I've had bank accounts with plenty of other banks that use chexsystems and this one was the only one that told me no. Other than that, 3.5 stars.
