      Really, Mr. Kong, you are the best~ From the day I asked how to do banking business when I went to Korea to live in Korea, you have been very kind to me so that I can take notes in my notebook on how to deal with problems that may arise from Internet banking to Korea. He taught me step by step and so well. Even after I left Korea, my account was locked several times, so whenever I contacted him, he was really touched and moved so quickly and kindly. I used to go to the Fort Ridge branch for a while because of some bank clerk who was hard on my eyes and tickled when I asked anything while looking at it.
