      The website says open until 5:00 PM on Saturdays. THEY CLOSE AT 1:00 PM. Drove all the way here because everywhere else was closed. Grrrrr FIX YOUR WEBSITE

      Came in at 4.25pm to open a joint account with my sister. The lady we found, Bethany J.L Schlaich seemed to not be in the mood and had zero customer service. She seemed like she did not want to help at all and everything we told her she would look for a reason to not open the account. It would be nice for someone to just give good customer service.I understand that it was close to time for her to go home but still. Even after being told it is okay by whoever she talked to, to open the account, she still kept looking for another reason to not. We could tell that she was just buying time to not do it.If you not in good moods atleast stay home. At the end, we ended up going to another bank.
