Terrible on hold 15 min each time i call! never get a call back and they do not respect time!

Horrible member service. Recently tried to contact WCU about an issue on my account, called in to the published phone number and sat on hold for 15 min. When I was finally assisted, I was greeted by a pleasant lady who told me she was unable to assist me or reference my account and that I would be called the next day instead by an account specialist. When asked if there was someone whom I could talk to today, she referred me to call my local branch. When asked if she could transfer and I was informed that she could not transfer outside of her dept. Upon calling the local branch I was automatically routed back to the call center and put on hold for another 15 min. After being escalated to a supervisor again I was told I couldn't be assisted, nor transferred nor helped in anyway. Again I was referred to talk to the local branch. The whole time I was on the phone I was reminded me of the horrible circular customer service we have come to expect from corporate cable companies. I expected better from my local credit union and will definitely be closing my membership after 5 years as a loyal member.
