      I’d go lower if I could my loan payment date is the 28th of each month but workers credit union likes to decide the take the money out on either 8th 9th or 10th of each month 20 so odd days early each months it has messed up my paychecks and bills the last 4 months I’m tired of it and I am looking to refinance with almost any other bank I will never EVER EVER do business with such a horrible bank

      Workers Credit Union is not crediting accounts advertised interest rates. After multiple attempt to address this matter with a supervisor, over multiple months the issue continues in getting an appropriate interest credit to my account; today, my call was disconnected and no attempt was made to call me back. Clients should have immediate access to supervisors when there are issues of compliance.
