Please do not use WorkMyTaxes for your Tax Filings, I have submitted my taxes in July because of them, I should have done by april, delayed by two months. Monika Agarwal, she is a GEM, she is too lazy to respond, she does not respond to the calls and mails. when it comes to money, they want it on time and how much they have asked. Not Professional at all, if she is going on leave or not feeling well, there should be a back up. You can not punish your clients because of your vacations. I don't have words to say anything, I can not use bad words here, so I am not. I have not seen anyone so unprofessional till now. I will also write to IRS to cancel their license, if they have any. I have been calling from April, she says the documents are posted but not reaching me, how can that happen in US ? The tracking number she gave says out for delivery, for many days. I am guessing she is using the same tracking number for all the clients.
