Very poor customer customer service. Waited for an hour for a call back which I never received then upon calling them was continuously placed on hold by the rep while trying to complete my application.

Added hundreds of dollars for insurance and would only do the loan that way. This type insurance is extremely expensive as no one underwrites it. I refuse the loan. This was at the Franklin Ky office
