      I tried to use the automated phone number to make my payment and it kept having up on me. Thought it was something that day going wrong so I tried again next day, same thing. Going to try and call today to my local branch to make my payment. My local branch isn't open on Sat or sun. Wouldn't recommend it unless you can walk in and pay your monthly payment, that way it's fine.

      I was approved for a loan and they wanted to send out checks to creditors instead of giving me the personal loan and once I escalated the issue, I got the run around. Instead of me just getting the personal loan I applied for, they are making me wait for a supervisor to return my call. They clearly don't care about getting loans for people who are willing to pay them back. Levi was extremely unprofessional and told me to have a great day and let me walk.
