  Abby and Louise were so very helpful and informative. Both ladies worked together and assisted me on my hour lunch break to make my process even quicker. Wonderful people.

  Went in to finalize my loan application. When I arrived I was helped immediately, which was nice. After having some issues pulling up my application, I was asked for my SS Card. I furnished the card and was eventually asked for my DL. The receptionist picked up the phone and began talking to who I assumed was her boss. She began whispering and saying that my driver's license only had my middle initial whereas my SS card had my full middle name. While the lady was on the phone with her boss, she began insinuating that I was using false documents because my social security card was recently issued and I have an out of state license... probably because I just moved here. Once the receptionist got off the phone she rushed to give me my credentials back and said, 'we can't help you, have a good day.' I asked what happened and she told me her boss would be sending out a letter to me. I told her that was fine but I still didn't understand what was going on. She told me nothing, turned to her computer and began ignoring my wife and I. I have never felt, or been made to feel, like a bigger scumbag than when I was today.
