      I got a loan to get a medical bill taken care of so they would stop calling my phone and my work phone non-stop. However, I lost my job, got another one and then was let go because I could not travel. I am only late on the March payment. I offered to make a $159 payment and was told that because I owed more than that due to the late charges, that they would not accept the $159. I tried again and offered to go pay in cash, and was still told they would not accept that amount. I had to pay another bill so now I have nothing. The rude wat I was spoken to and the blatant lie about the amount they would accept was uncalled for. I spoke with other branches and they all said that I could have easily paid that amount if I had a loan at their branch.

      I WILL NEVER DO MY TAXES WITH THEM AGAIN. THEY WRITE YOU BOGUS CHECKS THAT YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO CASH AND IF YOU CAN FIND SOMEONE TO CASH THEIR CHECK BE PREPARED TO PAY LARGE FEES. IN NEED OF NEW MANAGEMENT. VERY UNHAPPY WITH HOW I WAS TREATED. THEY USED TO BE MORE PLEASANT TO WORK WITH.
