      I have been a customer of the Smyrna World Finance office for a long time now. I had barely any credit after my divorce and took out a loan here which I have never closed. I continue to refinance because I adore the employees and I need the loan for credit purposes also. Melanie has helped me through some tough times in my life and I appreciate the professionalism of the entire staff there. I will always refer others to this location specifically. I cannot express into words how wonderful Melanie has been to me!!!!! Thank you all.

      The ladies at the Sam Ridley location is so wonderful and kind. Treated me with such respect and actually went the extra mile to make sure that I was taken care of. They even tried to get Antioch location on bell road to assist me but they were so nasty and rude I instantly called Smyrna location back, and allowed the ladies there continue to assist me. I will never do business at the Antioch location...
