  Was five stars but when I called bout unable to make a payment coming up due July 3 2022 I get told sorry we don't do deferred payments. I said kinda funny just last month I had a family member do it. I said I have a unexpected bill come up and won't be able to make pay for July cause of my disability check won't cover it. I said I done before last year only done once, since 2020. That they can give me till 13th of July that's it. Will not refinance again. Was told when I did refinance back in May that if some reason I can't make it a payment that it won't be a no problem that they can defer it. Just up setting cause now got to see what bill won't be paid. Rent,water, electric,phone,cable, insurance. One will be short or won't be in paid. Not a happy customer don't tell me one thing and than when I do need to use help cause of a unexpected bill comes up I can't cause they don't do it . Just wish Jennifer was still there. Or gentleman that gave me first loan. They was so much nicer and had great customer service. Not like I do this all the time. Now got to figure out what to do
