      I went in yesterday and wished I had spoken with the young woman I had over the phone. When I I arrived the branch manager insisted that I sit and apply with him. He was very rude, unfriendly, very impatient and very much seemed as though he didn’t want to be there. I wouldn’t walk in this place if they decided to grant me all my wildest desires.
