      My elderly father is a client at World Finance on Pendleton Pike. He came home distraught yesterday because of the poor treatment he received when he went in to get a loan extension. A promo had been mailed to him so he decided to look into it. However, upon entering the location a woman in the branch decided to leave him in the front and yell questions to him from her desk. When he stated he was uncomfortable with talking about private affairs in that manner she became rude and disregarded his loan request and said he needed to make more payment before she would approve him. This is the exact kind of treatment that our community is disgusted with. There is no reason ever to treat a 70 year old man with such disrespect. It was intended to embarrass him and I hope this company is instead embarrassed by its employees. Please do not get a loan through a company that doesn’t respect the hardworking citizens of our community. So sad.
