  My very first time dealing with this company was as pleasant as it could be. The Branch Manager, Haley Broyles and the Account Specialist, Amber Harris mad me feel as if I was a part of the family from the very beginning. They presented themselves as highly trained individuals that knew exactly what I needed to meet my current needs. Both ladies was very well mannered and treated me as if they had known me for years. What impressed me the most is the fact that to them, I was just part of the family and not just an account number needing a loan. My own bank that I have used for years has never treated me as gracious and respectful as I was treated by Haley Broyles and Amber Harris. If in any way this praise and high regard for their professionalism could be utilized in rewarding them they deserve the highest bonus and or raise possible. If given the opportunity, these ladies will advance far beyond and expectations put before them. They will bring a great number of ideas that will move the company forward...
