      Sent them wire transfer to get my gas cards for my business and they are very slow to process. Still waiting and its been more than 2 weeks.

      As a business owner I have fleet cards for the fuel use in my vehicles. The billings originally came from Maverik before the switch to Wright Express Financial Corp. (WEX) Prior to this we never had an issue receiving our monthly statements and paying them for fuel used. Since the switch we have experienced issues with receiving our statements 3/3 months. It is imperative that we are able to work with a company that can correctly input the proper address' for our company to receive these invoices. Apparently the employees of this company are unable to meet this requirement as we have been in contact with the company 3/3 months to get this straightened out. Shane W. whom is the supervisor of these employees apparently is doing an insufficient job in training of his team. I would strongly suggest as a company looking to outsource your billings to look elsewhere as you will be losing customers due to the poor quality of customer service from this company.
