      Turns out that my account was closed for inactivity..they charged inactivity fees until there was no more money to charge account and account was then closed. Initially they said all i needed was $5 dollars to keep account open. Turned out to be not true. Was not informed and now they tell me they cannot reimburse me because account is closed and money has been given to the state. Wow. Update..16 Jan 2021...i email the address below and i still have not been contacted. Careful with this bank...just when you think your money is safe with the bank...not true in this case...i feel i was robbed.

      Go to the bigger locations to open account. 4 people work here only one opening accounts. Took 40 mins to open a basic checking account. Other than that it's good.
